Scheduled maintenance plans are ideal to keep our machines under constant control and prevent unexpected and expensive machine downtimes.

Repair service


We provide field-service directly from our headquarters in Italy or through our worldwide network of qualified, factory-trained service partners.

Remote diagnosis


All of our CNC grinding machines are equipped with remote connection to our central server in our Service Department.
The remote diagnosis proves out to be particulalrly helpful to adjust in real time machine software and to monitor machine conditions, perform service and troubleshoot a wide range of problems.

Spare parts


We can supply any spare for our grinding machines in very short time. Reaction time is very quick and so is the supply chain of the spare part.
